It was pleasantly surprising to see the service standards of this hotel. The staff was so polite and well behaved that made the stay quite memorable. Two person deserve special mention.. one Ms seema the F&B supervisor and other the waitress with duty in restaurant for breakfast. They know their task so well. I cannot leave the comments without mentioning the quality of food they serve. It was exception and perfect taste. Look forward to my next visit at same place.

One of the finest properties in Bardhaman. Rooms were very good. Dining needs special mention as they serve customised food as per requirement of customer even if those are not mentioned in the food menu. The Bar is pretty high class judging by its position. Overall a 5 star Experience.

Bed linens are age old and rough. It was a horrible night. No value for money.
Washrooms are not clean enough.
