Rooms are very neat and clean and the location of the hotel is in prime place... Need to improve on room service time and waiting time for food more...

no proper response from Receptionist, if we ask any queries. Room is not maintained clean. asked for towel next day, they didn't provided. very worst experience. only good thing is complementary Breakfast is fine.

booked for 4 people. 2 Adult and children shows like 4 guests max. but they gave me a small room only. and asked 1000rs for an extra bed. it's a really worst experience.

I always prefer to stay at Rkn grand hotel , i am staying here last around 4 years for 5 nights monthly. Very good service and very nice ambiance. I feel home here This is a centre point for me to travel around the city . Car parking is safe and reliable with big space
