There were cockroaches in the room. No kettle to boil water and taps were not working properly. Apart from the location, I just wasted my money staying here. I clearly had no good time staying here.

hotel management is not good... the behavior of the hotel staff was very rude towards customers... extra fee unnecessary for everything... water was not going in the bathroom...

The hotel lacks basic amenities like tea coffee maker, complimentary water bottles. Everything is chargeable here. Rooms too are average. I didn't find it a good value for money.

Room not clean, very noisy AC, bathroom not clean insects roaming in bathroom, cockroach come along with food, very expensive water bottle (for 50 while MRP is 20).

food was awesome, best location to visit jaipur. however have to wait for checkin as check in and out time of Hotel is same which make delay in room preparation, so I have a suggestion that if check in time is 12pm then check out time should be 11am instead of 12pm. however overall best food, best location, in house club and bar.
My family liked the Food and location of the Hotel very much. Thnx team rockland
