Horrible ambience and hotel is infected with mouse. Mouse has eaten sugar spread all over the table. Cats are roaming in the lobby and room.Cupboards are smelly, washroom are stinky and beds are dirty and infected with cockroaches and lice.Walls are broken and No air ventilation in washroom and room. No hospitality and Manager & Staff are irresponsible and arrogant.Food is tasteless and service is worst. DO NOT Book this Hotel.. Please refer the Images above for your reference

It is a very nice property, though its harder to walk uphill for going yo the mall road, but still its very nice. On just opposite side of the road is a multilevel car parking which will provide you cabs for going to mall road. It is very hard to find good hotels in mussoorie, and also the staff is very nice, we requested for our room to get changed, and they did it without a doubt. Must stay here for good times and good views.

It is away 2 km from Mall Road . Room heater not there in room .They provide that only when asked for and that too chargeable . Staffs are good .

The Rates charged were too high for a small room which is mentioned as presidential suite with valley view. The view of room with the valley view was not clear at all, partially covered with tree and road. The distance of mall road mentioned is 40 mtrs in the description, however the mall road is way too far from the hotel. This is misleading to the customers while booking. Also the room Served included breakfast had no taste. Our Stay overall was very disappointing.
