staff behavier is very good... room bhi theek hein condition.... only problm is this hotel is on direct hills like 700 mitr from mall road .. otherwise good

Hum iss hotel me 2 june ko aaye aur bohot hi bura experience raha. Hotel ke kamre, bedsheet, rajai cover, pillow cover, saare gande aur fatte hue the. Jameen pe jo carpet the wo gande the. Dono kamro me lagatar potty ki smell aa rahi thi idk why. All switches and taps are broken. Pankhe ki pankhudi thedi. 3 din rehne par bhi jab saafai ke liye bola tab kaha staff nahi hai. Bas iss hotel ki ek cheese 🧀 achi hai, wo hai yaha ka *lake view*. Agar aapko safai ki thodi si bhi chinta ho to yaha mat aana.

they have mentioned toilet paper would be available during booking but they didn't provide. when I asked they demanded charges for it. smally wash room as well.

The best thing is the view from balcony but only if you get rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor otherwise not so good. Rooms are too small, there is a drainage channel beside the hotel and balcony which smells continuously, bathroom also. they charged 500 per day extra for 3rd guest, according to them only two guests are allowed in a room. Lastly prices were high according to the room and for us stay were not satisfactory at all.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Staff is soo... helpful. Getting such a lake view hotel in nanital at such low price is wonderful. I strongly recommend if you are young. Aged people should avoid this property as it is a 600 m slopy walk to the the hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean.we enjoyd very much Lake side from the balcony of hotel.the view of the lake is very clear from hotel.Fooding was very good.
