Unfortunately not good. excellent photos but reached hotel facilities very poor 🙏No space in relaxing. Hidden small room. No walking areas

Employees were unprofessional; they were having loud conversations and making noise in the corridors in the middle of the night, due to which I was unable to sleep properly. The room was not sound proof at all, and noise from the adjacent rooms was clearly audible. The food was not up to mark, and even basic amenities such as water were chargeable. The basic requirement of a comfortable stay experience was missing.

One of the best comfy hotel in Kolkata. The owner Meghna di is so so soo sweet and very well spoken, smart and very welcoming. She was so sweet and provided help for any service we wanted. Thank you ma'am. When we visit Kolkata again, we will definitely stay here. Rooms were very clean, services were proper and breakfast was just amazing. loved it!!!! the owner and caretaker are very heartwarming, and welcoming.

First night was terrible, very old and noisy a/c, small toilet hardly one need to squeeze in between washbasin and a commode . Very Small room !!
