I have lot to talk on this property I have booked a private pool room but there was no water in the pool asking the manager he is telling they have to call tanker now have to wait till morning this reply is not executable from such a big brand after that they changed the room an gave me jacuzzi room where the ac is not not cooling properly nor the jacuzzi was cleaned overall hopeless property no person to take lagguge also I dont recommend this property to any one waste of money

Taste less Bad food. Room ac is very noisy and bathroom doors dont close or lock .

Very small rooms and basics in the rooms are missing you have to keep on calling for wifi, hand soap and shower gel. The location is horrible.

Location is good, nearby to all the hotspots. Hotel property is very well designed and beautiful. Rooms were extremely beautiful. However the property is not that big, especially the restaurant (only 4-5 tables in a small space). The staff can also improve cleanliness of the property and the rooms.

The hotel ambiance is very good. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a very good experience. The problem we faced was in room where we stayed (room no. 112). There was small rat or mouse in the space between ceiling and roof top. That was creating too much noise in midnight that we hardly able to sleep in second night. No one was there to help at night. The other problem was there was no intercom phone and they will not clean your room unless you give room keys to receptionist and ask them ...more

We booked Alfred's Jewel as a group of 3 friends for Sunburn. Our initial reactions upon checking into the place were not the best. There were multiple power cuts and our room was infested with insects. However, I would like to give the staff kudos for preparing another room then and there and shifting us to that.
