it's near Calangute beach and the room is big & comfortable for 4 people easily. My friends and I liked it because it's near the beach and the restaurants are good. I will recommend to use the rento a bike which is owned by a polite lady and it's near to this property. scooty charges were 400 per day.

very good room all was clean but bathroom matt was wet parking is good lot of space in the room extra basin was very good everything is there what is required for us 👍👌👌💐💐💐keep maintaining

It was a nice stay. Service staff great. Room was clean and amenities were as mentioned. 5-10min walk to beach. Many eateries nearby. Car parking also available. Worth for the price

The stay was value for money. But, there were some issues like bed was making noise, the fan regulator was broken and not working. We were unable to reduce the speed. The blankets were old and smelly. The road connecting to the property was very narrow and only car could pass at a time. There were some positives like the caretaker, Rizuwan was very good. He was keeping it very clean. The Calangut beach was around 700-800m away on walkable distance, main market was also 1-2 km away.
