The hospitality is very bad. The condition of the room was pathetic, including bed and Sofa. Not at all worthy for the price and cannot be recommended to anyone!!!!

A very nice place as location/ reception staff/ room staff concerned. There was renovation going on so we expect it to be far better. Rooms are spacious but A/c s were in very bad condition never cleaned with drain water falling inside. Bathrooms need to be renovated as everything was falling apart. other wise a nice place to stay in.

Horrible experience , Showing good rooms and Give us the worst rooms ! Literally the bed we slept on was broken , The washroom tap was broken Very bad and worst room for the money and When we asked for early check in they confirmed if we booked and denied us the room ! Literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed ! Would definetly not recommend any one to choose this and Get fooled by there photos ! Not worth the money at all

The reception staff and Bell boys were courteous.
However the washbasin tap was dysfunctional and leaking continuously.
I requested an extra bed for a guest the duvet and bedsheets were torn and tattered..they said there no more stock to exchange. A very demeaning experience after the price they charged me.The elevator was not working all through our stay and the Staff said that the elevator is under maintenance which is unacceptable. Hotel wala will keep good photos even it is worse. there is no restaurant for the hotel. They have sent to one cafe, in which it would cost less if eat the same than we paid for the complimentary breakfast. This is old property and charging more with less maintenance. complete bad experience for the amount we paid.
