Fromt office Staff was courteous and helpful but overall infrastructure of the hotel is dilapidated. No internet, no intercom, no TV, ill maintained washrooms..

hotel was good no doubt but there was no ‘wow’ factor.
1.the sheets & towels could be more soft and white.
2. we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food
3. staff were very friendly and supportive
4. bath shower was not properly maintained
overall i would say ‘okay’ kind of hotel. looks like this is mostly used for guest stay for wedding at the hotel

Clean rooms and surrounding. Very near to Metro Station..Pattanagere and IT hub - Sattva Global City Tech Park. Also, RV College is just at walking distance.
Comfortable bed and spacious room.

No intercom facility, not availability of the person at the reception on 24 hours basis, TV not working- are some of the issues to highlight

My room was well-furnished with all the amenities promised. But there were several flaws in execution. The bed sheets weren’t clean and the housekeeping staff that I asked for new ones in vain. In addition, the water pressure in the shower was so low that it was hard to have a proper bath. Finally, the room service that was offered was lacking, there was a limited selection and some of the dishes that I ordered were not available.
