Thank you for requesting feedback.
To be honest, I found the hotel’s attitude towards customer service to be extremely rigid and disappointing. I had to check out 2 days early due to unavoidable personal reasons, yet the hotel flatly refused any refund or even a discussion about it.
This kind of behavior shows zero regard for guest circumstances and no willingness to offer even minimal support. Hiding behind policy without applying human understanding reflects poorly on the management.
