We choose this hotel because we stayed here year before. But experience this time was really bad. The room was clean. but, No reataurant facility was available. The staff was not good and seems to.be ignoring customers.

very poor service. no electricity all night. ac not working properly. tv not working. door lock blocked. very bad experience this time

firstly plz remove this 4star rating its not 4 star hotel, location was good but the "service" and room amenities are not good at all, i need to insist every basic thing such as soap, water bottle. ..need to renovate hotel infrastructure...
services from hotel...but staff was good

Amazing location, very clean rooms such good breeze even this peek summer didn't feel hot at all. And a special mention has to be made of the staff right from the manager an amazing person and very helpful and kind gentleman takes care of his customers as if his own relatives and also the receptionist, chef, helpers, waiters all so warm and welcoming attitude all smiling faces, the chef is also too good prepares dishes just the way you want. Must say the best experience. Have visited many places but never found such good people.

The hotel is not at all in good condition at the moment. Lights are flikering, many are not working, lot of iron constructions are in premises and which is fully rusty and not maintained. Rooms are not having fans.Having said that Staff try to help you with efforts.
