I paid 12000 for 2 days but not get even basic service...
1 no refrigerator in room.
2 ac not working
3 no phone in room how u call for room service..
4 no hot water..
5 no electric katle means no tea coffee..
there r many shortcoming in accommodation..
zero star facilities in 5 star payment ...
if u want enjoy horrible trip then book royal castle...

It’s a beautiful stay right on the Palolem beach. Food was great. The attendant is a diligent and smiling person. Everything was pleasant about the stay, although room could have been cleaned daily. Apart from that a wonderful, no-frills stay.
