Good Hotel location was good as per our convenience close to Navi Mumbai and Thane.
Room was good, food and other services were also good.

The Restaurant starts at 11AM, you will not get breakfast, for one day they arranged it from outside but rest of the days they didn't even bothered to answer calls.
The Food quality was also ok, Room had broken Commode.
Other than that staff was polite, but had shifted us due to Wedding booking, which was bit uncomfortable for senior citizens

Rooms furniture like bws sheets , pillow covers , blankets are very old, hygiene level are average, first I was given room which was very dirty and water leaks from shower, AC was very noisy, after complaining to reception, receptionist said it will be changed in afternoon but it was not, then after complaining to manager finally room was changed , but hygiene of bed sheets, pillow covers , towels are bad,

Hi, It was not a very nice welcome to my guests at the hotel, the receptionist behavior was not very welcoming. They were behaving like we had taken some credit from them. Otherwise the room was ok.

Its so dirty...... everything
hotel staff are so damn rude.........
we saw every room every room has cleanliness issues....bedsheets nots clean washrooms are so dirty ac not working, tv not working,

Average service, food and beverages are little more expensive the usual, There is lot of vehicle noice in the night as the location is next to highway over all good service
