the room was not at all good, the staff was not available in adequate numbers to address the guests issues, there were bed bugs which made it a nightmare experience. moreover the manager is ignorant he didn't pick up the phone

They didn't provided complimentary breakfast. no room service, no towel, soap, tooth brush, no kitchen, no dining was available.

The staff members were incredibly cooperative, always ready to assist with any queries or requests, which enhanced the overall comfort and satisfaction of my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service.
Overall, I had a wonderful time at the hotel, thanks to its great location, delicious food at Darbar-e-pilibhit, and the outstanding hospitality of the staff.
