Hotel hyegeine is average. Food is economical and just OK OK. Not recommended for family stay. Staff behaviour was good. Location is near to Leh market and travel agencies is also nearby hotel. Overall avg stay.

stay was very comfortable as the staff is very supportive and caring. however cleanliness can be worked upon more as the balcony was not completely cleaned.

The manager was really helpful throughout. he even helped us by arranging cabs for all the trips after check in. the room was tidy and very decent just as the photograph. Best part was... he even helped me in getting a cake specially for my friend's birthday. Overall it was worth it. Rooms were tidy and hygienic. Staff was very polite and professional. Manager was very polite. Food was good. Neat Toilet.

Rooms were good. Room dining was not good. Owner was very polite and genuine. 1 waiter was rude. Electric Kettle was unavailable.. Hot water was available. Heater was only for few hours in

This hotel is amazing. It is situated near the market and the airport is also not far. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. They gave us oxygen cylinder when we needed. Food was good. Rooms were very clean with all the amenities. If we go to Leh again we're definitely staying at this hotel.

very nice staff, hotel owner is very helpful, give genuine advise. parking is available at hotel itself. hotel is nearby market area. nice people and over all hotel was very good.

I had stayed here recently. Hotel is 8-minute walk from the market place. Good view of snow ladden mountain peaks round the clock from the window/balcony..You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the room itself. Neat and clean rooms.More over staff is very friendly. Owner Mr. Guljar is a very nice person and he is very much concerned about the guest. He is ready to help you in every matter.
