    First of all the pics shown about the property are different from the real one. Royal Hospitality has multiple rooms at different locations. pics of rooms are of good locations. This room I stayed in was stinky , a lot of smell in the bathroom and room. even after spraying the room freshener after sometime it will again have a foul smell from the toilet.On giving feedback to the owner, he was not friendly and the immediate response was I will refund you. the rate you paid is less so this is what you get. .

    Good cleanliness. Courteous service. However, better room fixtures and better maintenence of room facilities is required. Location of the property is also somewhat remote from facilities such as restaurants, market, public transport etc.

    A very good place to stay. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very good, adequately spacious, clean sheets and linen. Hot water available(at this time it was 10 degrees in delhi).
