Pathetic, they give us ordinary room while we have booked deluxe room. The room was different which we have booked and the behaviour of the owner was also very rude. He told us... ye hi room milega nahi lena to kahi sur booking kar lo and also denied to give back our money.

it was nice stay ,Enjoyed the hospitality of hotel ,great gesture from all hotel staff. Hotel room was spacious well cleaned & well hygiene. Food was naturally tasty ! We got all arrangements done here itself from hotel which were value for money. hotel is located close to market so enjoyed window shoping and roaming around was pleasant. My first family visit to Manali and stay at Hotel Royal was greatly enjoyed

hotel in picture looking gud but in real not gud washroom not cleaned toilet seat broken & bed sheet lot of daag they change three bedsheet all bedsheet have lot of daag only good things Location near Mall road just 300 to 500 meeter walk and you see nice view in room. hotel manager very cooperative to early check in & late check out 2 hours but staff not cooperative hotel door closed 11:00 pm like a dharamshala. he orgue to open the door.

All good, rooms are more chill than outside. You need heavy blankets to survive which is already available in rooms.
