I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Royal Inn. The lift was out of service, and I had to use dirty stairs, which was especially inconvenient. The room was extremely small and lacked basic amenities—there was no phone to contact reception, and no electric kettle provided. Worst of all, there were cockroaches moving around the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. I do not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addresse

though the position of the hotel is great it lacks maintenance. the chairs were full of dust.

The room wasn't worth the money spent.Room was not well maintained.The beds and pillow cover wasn't new and was in yellow colour as being old.The floor was dirty with dust.Overall it wasn't fine.

We loved this property. Worth the price, well maintained hotel with premium rooms and the service is very good too!

It was good service from their side without asking too many questions from the housekeeping team
