Rooms were actually not like in photos provided. It was neat but we expected more for a deluxe room.

We checked in at around 11 pm in night and asked for hot water availability in the room... Receptionist said hot water is available and he will put on the heater...but after waiting for long we didn't get hot water...we had to take bath in cold water....in that mid night....also I asked for wifi password he informed us...wifi range in not sufficient in that floor...but in the room...I checked...it showed wifi range available...and I took screenshot..

The hospitality was very poorthey gave a double bed room for 3 adult & a Child, they were even saying that no extra bed will be given.as booking happened .after a long conversation they gave one extra bed inside the Double bed roomit's was too congested.only reason to stay in as I was too tired & needed rest.for the amount we will get a better room.very bad experience as above mentioned

Very bad experience, They didnt allowed my colleague to talk for 5 minutes in my room. They charged 200 Rs extra for that. Very very bad experience. I am a Pharma company manager and need to talk about sales with my rep. They didnt allowed and charged 200 Rs for that. Pathetic experience. I am always travelling entire Tamil Nadu and Kerala, This is my first experience like this.

Room is ok, but the bathroom bucket & mug has not been cleaned for months as it contains a kind of fungus & I used the shower but not sufficient water coming out through it.House keeping should improve.

Average experience. At the time of Check-in the receptionist told us that One hour grace time is applicable free of cost but later he asked for extra amount for one hour grace time after 24 hours. So confirm it before check-in otherwise you should pay extra money.

Rooms are old narrow and poorly maintained. Toilets are bad. Housekeeping staff attitude is worse.

I found a bit of used ciggerate in this room as well as the toilets and I don't want say much more 🙏Pl don't suggest this kind of waste and pathetic hotels to your customers and this is not good to you also
