I booked the hotel but room was not available there so they gave me other hotel in patliputra colony hotel name 'Royal House' which was far off from my office place. I had to walk for 1.5kms to take auto from there to my office in boring road. I need the refund as I didn't get the services.

behaviour with customer is very poor,
management is not good also have lots of issues .... i booked another hotel due to inconvenience

Room is spacious but nothing else ever glass for water not provided the hotel require renovation and the good and competent staff

I had a booking confirmed in Royal Inn. But on reaching the hotel , I was informed that my accommodation has been done in another building and not in the main one. I was taken to another property Park Inn resort. ..
