the customer service was very good. the food was good.room was neat and clean.the bath room was also clean but the tiles floor needs replacement of new tiles.

stayed in one of the best resort in Pollachi.. really a wonderful customer care...atmosphere, ambience, Food very nice... Rooms was ok.. dnt expect too much..worth for money. only thing I feel bad for Bathroom drainage smell.. otherwise everything fine..

Ambiance is good. Indoor games like TT, carroms, chess etc is there. Food is good (cook on order with very limited items). Room is ok. Service is good.

Not worth. just an average place amidst coconut farm... nothing great to talk about..and definitely not worth the price..food was good both lunch and dinner taste was good, breakfast was just average.. overall nothing much to talk about..just an ok place.
