could not sleep there are rats, flush of the comod not functioning walls have cracks , chairs are broken no movie channels in tv, food is bad, toilet stinks
the hotel has put to catch the rats
i want a full refund or i will take the matter to the consumer court
the swing is missing

As Neil island is too small, all locations are good locations. Royal Neil is not on beech side but it is serene and clean location. Rooms are spacious, clean and having all basic amenities. Washrooms are clean. Beeakfast was basic but quality was good. Staff is helpful and courteous.

location is good but their service is so bad... breakfast was tasteless. staff members make excuses but do nothing for your issues. they do not even try to resolve your problems.i don't like the food except pakoras. the room was full of mosquitoes and even after complaining the staff did nothing. also, so many people were complaining about the hotel here.

Good stay, food was also gud ramnagar beach is at walkable distance. Playing area is also gud if you have child than it is a good property. property is very close to nature.

Very poor management, poor air conditioning, noisy fan, untrained staff. Quality of breakfast was horrible including hygiene level. We discontinued our stay there and left for another hotel nearby.
