Overall the cleanliness was good. The bathroom was very clean. The room service and general staff was very efficient and courteous. Unfortunately the experience we had with the receptionist was not at all justified in this hospitality industry especially in this nice hotel. The person in subject refused us drinking water stating hotel policy does not allow for provision of drinking water in the rooms due to Covid. Very bad n worst experience, food quality was also bad , there was no sofa no table no bath tub also rooms are too small , 00 Value for money , also checkout time was shown 12 n hotel management's were askg for checkout at 11am
