A huge amount was charged for arriving two hours earlier. No receipt was given for this. Anyway, it was a comfortable stay.

very bad experience
checkin was delayed because the room was not "ready".
The room was dirty and I was shocked to notice that the linen was dirty, probably being reused without properly cleaning and disinfecting.
I informed the front office but there was no action taken.
There was no remote control for the AC . The fixed control unit on the wall had damaged switches and it was not possible to control the temperature.
The front office staff was rude when I asked for a payment invoice while checking out.

Room was spacious and front office was good, but the bedcover and towels seems very old and its high time to replace with new bedcover and bathroom towels.
Good things is you can order food and they will serve but costly.
Room services available.
Hot water is available, will have to wait for 5 times after opening tap.
Being one of the best rated hotel " Royal Omars ", i thought i will have all amenities at its best. But it Did-not meet my expectations. I am being honest here and thought i will love staying here with all amenities and services.
