The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manali. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Lack of services TVs were not working fan was not present in my room toilet seats were not comfortable also shower was placed at 5 ft height in my bathroom and i am 6ft how would I take showerCaretaker nature was good and friendly but services weren't up to the mark food's taste is okay not best but okay but we could get better anywhere else in same price
