Excellent hotel, nice ambiance, People are friendly. Breakfast is good but food is bit pricey. Need improvement in breakfast quality too.

Rooms were too small for the price we pay and if you're claustrophobic, pls avoid. The swimming pool was closed and breakfast quality was good but it didn't have much spread. overall it's average.

First of all , never book their standard room . Those rooms are really small and congested. I got a complementary room upgrade to the Club room. Their breakfast buffet is value for money. The taste is amazing and provides a wide variety of dishes. They don't keep any toiletries in the room, we need to call each and every time for that. They are very stingy in providing those things to us and have to keep calling them. Other than this my stay was amazing. I personally liked Royal Orchid Pune more than the Banglore one.

Extremely poor maintenance. On the first day the TV was not working after three times the followup service person came but couldn't fix the problem. I got a room change. Again their flush was not working in the toilet and the shower handle was coming out in hand. The person came late evening to fix it. Disappointed. But food quality was good, the rest reception staff were polite and cooperative.

it was a three day booking and the property shown and given was different, first day smoking room given, second day room with civil problems given, third room on the second day start given was okayish, we left without staying for the thrid day (we paid for it, as gratitude dinner was provided for the second day stay), food is good, property needs to be improved a lot .
