It was a pleasant stay, Room is big size & stay is comfortable, restaurant & gyme are fabulous, very good hotel at this price, location is also good But guest is not allowed to stay with you even not on the additional charges & even any visitor is also not allowed, this needed to be improve Some guys at reception are not attentive to the customer & less welcoming

Stay was comfortable .Room interiors are a bit loud ,red and green walls which was an instant put off. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was really nice and delicious; made the day! And service was also prompt. Thank you for making the stay pleasant!

when i checked at royal orchid golden suites in pune, it was a very bad experience. the hotel do not have the regular ambience and it was more of an society converted as hotel. rooms were not clean during check in... photos sent... f&b was average and too slow with service.no amenities were kept in the room and they asked during checkout if anything was consumed. nobody receives calls at the room service desk. room linen was shady and looked very old. some pan masala and ghutka was found in a fresh check in room..seems to be of the previous guest.

cleanliness issues , some bad smell in room, no dental kit, shaving kit , napkins , etc ... breakfast was also not so good ....

Absolutely fine stay with very warm hospitality.very few hotels in Pune may offer such facilities as offered by the Royal orchid golden Suites.Yes, IT is a lavishly equipped suite room, where you can find a big size refrigerator, Electric kettle, Induction Hot plate, Microwave oven and Faber chimney .
