hotel good location good service good but owner behaviour is not good no any corporate with customer rude behaviour m check in evening 5 pm or check out 12.35 but he charged me 2 days room charges because m late check out 1.3 hours so m not going to next time this hotel thanku

This is good hotel at prime location . The staff is very humble and cooperative. Food and services are nice . Overall it's good option to stay at Ghaziabad.

Room standard was not more than 1000. And they did not even gave us breakfast even though it was clearly mentioned in our booking that free breakfast will be provided.

Recommended to stay at this property, Hygiene,clean room, Good staff with proper manner. But they are restricted in breakfast option coz I'm booked this property with breakfast option. this is tobe correct.

There was no gyeser or hot shower, sink and taps were really dirty, upon entering the room i found some ladies ear rings which means room was not thoroughly cleaned. There is no parking for Vehicle you have to park it on street which is not possible during day time as it is a busy market. The lift never worked and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. Overall i will not recommend you for the price.
