I want my money back this is the worst hotel I have seen . After booking confirmation we have mentioned our arrival time. The bedsheets were given that they were not changed by the staff and asked for another room there was the same issue. The house keeping was so unhygienic he moped the floor as there was water on the floor and cleaned the cup with the same cloth I have checked out worst experience

I had a two-day reservation, so on the day of arrival, I asked for breakfast because my second day's schedule departure was at five o'clock AM. The person refused, stating that there wasn't enough breakfast today and that they couldn't serve me. This is shocking because on my previous visit, they had given me free breakfast because of my early departure the following day. which, in my opinion, is disturbing; this needs further investigation.

Not worth 3300/- room. Go for silver palace instead. Highly priced and even charged for a water bottle

Food was below average. Tea making machine was not working, fridge was nt working. Dental kit had to be asked for. Room was neat and clean. Staff was decent and polite. No seperate parking area for car, car had to be parked on road.
