It's a big scam.they promote it as a royal palms property but they have sublet it to a guy to run it. The rooms are dirty and rubbish.. avoid it all cost. The staff and everyone is included in this scam

poorly maintained property with no power backup. basic amenities like toilet paper, hand wash, bathing soap was not available, provided on request. initially was asking us to buy from market. washing machine was there in pictures but not available actually. few mosquito flying in the apartment. go to this property at your on risk.

very dirty room, koi service nahi hai, room ki chabi doormat ke niche rehti hai, waha se le lo phir wapis rakh do, goa ka sabse bekar service wala apartment hai, overall bad experience

The room is of very bad quality. it's the worst stay and I don't suggest anyone to book here. The maintenance is very bad room smells. Bed is horrible and also the mats are washed ages ago. so one the list continues. Please suggesting not to book this property.
