Everything is good, front desk and other ground staff members are very helpful , food is good , breakfast buffet is good , toilets are clean , overall perfect and comfortable for family
Moreover location is perfect for photography with family as you can click the whole valley in background

honest feedback , do not buy room with breakfast or lunch/dinner included, they charge you more and they dont provide good meal in Buffet. This hotel has its own restaurant where you pay and eat. i was with my wife we always eat nonveg at 600rs.washrooms are not good, rooms are small.

every thing was perfect. the food, staff, views from the property. they had room heaters for winters, and electric blanket for all year. we used our electric blanket in June as well.

after searching a lot, this was our choice to stay in gulmarg... and we had no probs staying there, very warm hospitality. views from this property was amazing. loved the food as well. and staff was very responsive.
