service is not at par with a 3 star hotel, manager level persons were least bothered about giving services, they should be polite not blunt, seems they were least bothered about guest's stay in this hotel. not so pleased

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a less than welcoming front desk staff who seemed disinterested in assisting me with check-in. The room itself was disappointing, with outdated furnishings and an overall lack of cleanliness.

Not Worthy for Money, Room Space is very less and the Wash room has an old interior. The breakfast buffet is not much better.

Lot cockroaches in the room. Dirty bedsheet.
ordered tea which was served in very unhygienic cups. Overall, very poor. Strongly not recommended at all.

service was okay but a few staff shown irresponsible behaviour in terms of offensive statements. aside this the maintainence was only adjustable as the aesthetic was way tooo rusty from taps to shower everything and there were housekeeping stuff inside the almirah which is apparently supposed to be in hotel's house keeping rather the rooms! overall it was an okay experience not the best or good. and the hotel has a good name, and they can restore it by maintaining some professionalism and property maintenance👍.
