Room flooring was pathetic and not cleaned properly, the whole hotel was not neat and clean, Very poor Wifi service and when electricity was not there, they didn't start the generator for A.C. in the afternoon. Rooms had no Bell or Phone in the room to call anyone for room service, furniture was also very old and outdated only food was very delicious

Extremely disappointed! If this is a 'Deluxe AC' room, I can't imagine how the other rooms are. The room itself was in a terrible condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures shown online. Making the stay very uncomfortable. This hotel is completely misleading with its photos. I would never recommend it to anyone!
