the stay experience was very good. the staff were extremely helpful. the room was spacious and the food was awesome. overall, the place had a peaceful vibe. we loved it.

stayed in hotel with family with family. it was mixed experience
need to change room as no lock in bathroom ,intercom was not working, TV remote was primitive...
they need to improve on many things ... Breakfast was average...

Worst experience. staffs are rude. they will treat u like enemies. No bath towels, soap, dirty swimming pool, no service, intercom not working.

Very bad experience. Intercom does not work. Flying insects all around the bed at executive suit. They shifted to another room, water heater was not working. Food was average quality. Avoid stay .

Good for family holidays. We area a group of 5. There is a big enough pond inside the hotel premises where we can do pedal boating absolutely free of cost. There is also a common pool and a children play area with slide and swings. We booked shikkara boat (1hr and 2hr trips available) for additional cost which was fairly nominal. House boats are also avai, but was fully booked at the time we went (during christmas). In house restaurant is quite costly, so price sensitive travellers may give it a ...more

it was a bad experience, hotel room and bathroom was not clean and staff was not friendly, if you want a pleasent stay never choose this property.
