dirry hotel , bedsheet, bathroom , pillow all are dirty and smelly ....tv was not working...it's better to stay away from this hotel

did not like the accomodation. it was not the price we were paying. there was no geyser. they claim it to be centrally heated but it was just slight warm. also the rooms were very small. overall it was not a pleasant experience.

The overall stay was superb. The Hotel was very near to the New Delhi railway station (3-4 minutes walking distance). Though the room was small but it was very well maintained & comfortable. The behaviour of the staff was also very friendly.

It did not meet customer expectations. My overall stay was deeply disappointing. The room service team was the worst I’ve ever encountered when I asked for assistance, the service staff responded in an extremely irresponsible and dismissive manner. They didn't listen to my needs or concerns and seemed more interested in getting away quickly rather than providing any real service. All facilities are good, But loud music disturbes your sleep during night as there is a night club at 3 floor. Roof top restaurant is highly scenic.

Average stay. good for one night. walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Rooms look bigger in pics but are actually not big but small. Hotel is ok but better than other nearby hotels.
