it was horrible, they have provided a different room than what i have seen in photos and described. have to really make many calls to get the right deluxe room.it was a family trip for me and they were like, you cancel your booking and look for another one.no lifts and pleas stay away from washing machine else you will get electrocuted(it passes electricity through all its body part).not worthy and bad service compared to rent they are charging

the staff was good but because we asked them for egg n paratha instead of aloo paratha they charged extra.. the bathroom door was falling apart the water pressures while have bath kept going off... the room was well kept but the building from the outside was like very badly kept

It was very pleasant stay as long as I've been stayed until now. I wish to have same property for the next visit in Pune. I recommend this one.
