I booked this hotel through Goibibo. The stay was disappointing overall. There was no lift in the hotel, which was a big inconvenience with luggage.The staff were polite but did not provide basic things like soap, towels, AC remote, and drinking water on their own — I had to keep asking for everything.The room was clean and matched the pictures, but the lack of basic service pulled the experience down.Overall, I would rate this stay 2 stars. room, linen is neat and clean. sunny, airy room. geyser worked. washroom is clean. mr.joseph in the front desk arranged vehicle for temples visit, railway station the driver anbu is polite and drove responsibly.

i booked 3 rooms all are 2 double bed cot. Rooms are clean but one room with mosquito. AC was not working in one room. On Road property and near to temple that's the plus. near by hotels and shops. no restaurant in the property and no room service. only on demand providing towal and soap.
