Not a 5 star. Max 3 stars.Tiny rooms .Don't get deceived with the ratings. TV doesn't work and had limited channels. smart tv function unusable as staff says it is not allowed!

by no means this is a 5 star hotel. only good thing this one has is the location. staff decent as well. the location is the only good thing this property has owing to proximity to highway. however the amenities and services can at the max quality this property a little over 3 stars. the rooms are tiny, dimly lit with minimal amenities. the tv works bad remote non functional, and only some free channels available. smart tv function doesn't work and the staff confirmed the same when i asked couple ...more

The only issue I had is the Airconditioner it was not at all cooling the room. I had the issue and called the front desk and They sent some technician however he was unable to find the issue hence changed our room. However I still find the same issue with the other room too, the AC was working however it wasn't sufficient enough to cool that room. It was a good experience of stay at hotel. Staff was courteous, professional and well trained. Over all good experience. Spacious room with all required amenities in the hotel.

stay at royal tulip was delightful to most extent. the staff was courteous and helpful. only the initial hiccups made me give the rating as 3 or it was a comfortable stay. the hotel needs to work on air conditioning as the initial room had a big issue with air con and bedsheet had a stain. room move was offered which was appreciative. however the second room also took long time to get cooler. rest stay was wonderful.
