We were shifted to another unit instead of the booked one which were of inferior quality. Bathtub were damaged, mug were broken. We were forcing to check out at 8.30 am instead of 11 am as per booked timing through Goibibo. Authority of Goibibo should take up the matter with the Hotel authority regarding checking out timing.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Royal Villa, Havelock – Avoid at All Costs!
I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Villa in Havelock, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The entire experience was disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others.
Service Issues: The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Requests for basic services took forever, and there was little to no response to any concerns we raised.

the hotel booked was under repair...no one was present at the reception, the contact number provided by gobibo was switched off, after waiting for quiet some time, a man came & told that the room is under repair & i was given room in new gold beach resort instead...
towel was not provided
