i booked a super deluxe room but they provided me a very small one with queen size bed, when i asked them to change it they told me that all rooms are already occupied even though i booked 2 days before my stay. moreover there was very much electricity fluctuations and also there tv was not working and wifi speed was very slow there, swimming pool mostly have stagnant water.

The hotel is situated in main city. Walkable distance to market hawa Mahal and City palace. Had a pleasant stay over there. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
