one of the worst hotels i have ever seen..
1. **Cleanliness Issues**: i have reported rooms that were dirty, with unclean bathrooms, stained sheets, and even pests like roaches and gnats¹.
2. **Poor Customer Service**: Hotel staff that are unhelpful or even rude. There have been instances where guests were told to leave if they didn't like their room, without any effort to resolve the issues.
4. **Lack of Amenities**: Promised amenities like air conditioning, heating, or even basic items like a microwave were missing or not functioning
i would recommend don't book this hotel

It was a disgusting experience at RR. We came back in 2 mins after seeing the room. It was stinking and the staff denied a dedicated parking soot for my car. I was asked to park next to a busy main road. Bathroom, it was bot cleaned and there were cockroaches all around. Please don't consider this hotel for a peaceful stay. I quit after this experience.

Even though room booked at 12pm, I called them it will be late login around 4pm and I also agreed for next day 12pm check out. I reached there at 5:30pm but they asked to wait for some time as room is getting cleaned. waited for 1 hour and got the room finally. After entering the room, it's full of cigarette and liquor smell and I asked for room freshner atleast but they did not provided. There is no ventilation for the room, all side it's closed. Its near to busstand , I am happy about the car parking and the restaurant. but u booked non Ac room . in room bed was in one corner and the fan was in the other corner. not able to gave a good rest . since it was raining i escaped narrowly.

One day stay is good.. Suggest that the bed can be single without bifurcation d the fan could be above our head in lying position... Food is good... I will recommend others for the stay in this hotel, prefer for AC..
