check in and check out time is random not fixed laundry charges are very high i given few clothes charges is more than 4k
in the name of extra bed floor mattress is provided is not good and not as per standard

The property may be old and due to average maintenance, the room I stayed was not worth the money paid. Reception lounge, elevator, stairs, passages were all clean and maintained well. Room service was good too. But the ambience of the room which is where the guest spends more time needs facelift.

Hotel Appearence is good. I booked Non AC, night asked for drinking water, Room service. Delivered after 1 hour. Bathroom not clean properly.

Pathetic...very bad room...no parking area for cars..need to park in road side even though they claims customer parking...foul smell in corridor from BAR...
Can call it as a 3rd class lodge...
Bathroom and fittings seems to be very bad and old...
Never recommend this to anyone..

wonderful experience staying at RSR. Room 201 was excellent and all the amenities were awesome. The restaurant was also very clean and hygienic.

The hotel looks good only from outside ..Inside it was totally not worth paying 2k , The room and it's color was hitting eyes and bathroom and it's tap was so old n coboard cap was about to breakdown..So plz as an INDIAN citizen I SAY only on an emergency basis where you don't have any other options. Then only you go ahead for this hotel.. otherwise NO no as per my opinion.

Almost all good.
Value for money.
Very good food available at same hotel.
All food including breakfast is payable.
WiFi is not good. We used mobile data.
