everything is broken and they charged so much,and extra, no service at allover that bad and risky road to reach the hotel, no lift, worst experience

Clean, spacious rooms situated 2km from Ooty Bus Stand and 1km from Boat House. There is a good view of the nearby valley from the balcony and the area is away from hustles and bustles of Ooty commercial area. Hot water is available 24/7 as geyser is fitted and we can use it based on our convenience(This is key as Ooty is cold). Food is not available at the hotel and so you need to travel a bit into the town. The road leading upto the hotel is muddy. Hotel staff was kind, accomodating and helpin ...more
