AC room but AC remote at reception and hotel staff switched off the AC off and on.
needed to ask them to on AC after you felt heat in your sleep

During check in Hotel Reception staff refuses to show the room saying that you can see the photo hanging on wall
Not enough light in the room one light defective
No AC temp can't be controlled from room you have to ask to reception every time
Instead of one liter water bottle in room they use to keep half liter which is not enough water, rest you have to buy
Incomplete toiletries, I told them to give me ear buds saying sorry wr didn't have

Firstly, he refused to give room if I book Because i have not booked first and went. When I checked in I need only overnight stay approx 9 hours. But he is not interested to give room if I book. Even then I booked but it has been failed. Still, i booked second time then it is success. First time booked amount is debited and still not recd from u.
