I had not a good experience here, there was plastic leftovers (like bowl) of online food order of previous guest may be... No indoor slippers, shampoo was provided, which I guess are basic amenities to be present in the room.

the main thing is this hotel is at the heart of hassan city and easily accessible and within walking limits to restaurants, market, bus station, hasanamba devi temple and maharaja park.
staffs are very friendly and co operative. they even help you to get your luggage to your room.
checkin and checkout process are very quick and easy.
rooms are very clean and neatly maintained, also sanitized with good smell perfume.

Decent hotel located at the centre of the town, Hassan. Good restuarants available near to the hotel and enjoyed our stay with the family.

Staff communication was rude ... and will ask unnecessary questions which may sound personal.. apart from that room was quite good and lift was not working... not recommended for sure.
