I have booked for 3 guests. But hotel staff alloted the small bed for 2 guest and third bed layed on the floor.

The rooms were good. But it was a pathetic experience with the Manager. I initially booked for 1 day but wanted to extend the booking for another day. The manager was arguing to check out by 10AM the next day and stay outside for 2 hrs and check in back again after 12PM. When there is a continuation/ extension of the booking, will there be a situation to checkout and stay outside for 2hrs before checking in again??? Even he didn't listen to the customer support. I had to book another hotel. I felt disappointed and disrespected.
Bad experience with the manager's behaviour.

The best hotel for women safety,staff was very good at service. They gave more importance to their customers very good service.24/7 they provide all services, satisfied stay.
