The actual pictures matched the room, great view from suit rooms.
But they need to maintain the rooms properly.
First room provided us was dusty, then as we told them they changed the room. soap in bathroom was finished. bathrooms are spacious but looks average.
and the lift was average inside, they should clean the lift daily and maintain it neatly.
the checkin was smooth for couple.
some starters are great. they don't serve breakfast.
giving 5 stars for staff behaviour and location and room interiors,
they should maintain it regularly to make it a perfect 4* experience.
