Worst experience ever. Rude behaviour of staff. They charge extra 300 for each room for early check-in.

I always use to travel but this time my experience was horrible. I booked double bed room (for early check-in many hotels take ₹200-300 extra but they asked for 500).I had given them masked adhar they got objection in that also. I thought they are taking so much it may be an AC room but they told me it's non AC. you can easily get double bed AC room. but I got a non AC room which is too high and you can see the condition of room in pic. wall and paint for from was wrost. TV was also not workin ...more

staffs behaviour is very rude. Hotel room is good. way of entering in hotel is bad. Hotel owner behaviour is good.

Well,let me start with the first impression. The hotel has a very narrow and weird dark lane for the entrance which looks very unsafe specially for women. Then comes the reception with so many rules and restrictions posted on the walls, you can't wash clothes in the hotel or else Rs500 fine, so if you're on a vacation you need to manage with dirty clothes roaming around the city, you can't drink or smoke in the hotel premise or else Rs 2k fine and so on... the premise has wifi with smart tv but ...more
