The rooms are quite good.
The back side view is much better as you can see the valley, hills, swimming pool all at once from the room

Stay is excellent and services of hotels excellent but food is most ordinary. Improvement required in their restaurants, stale food should not be served to customers.

Resort is really nice and well maintained. Rooms are clean and view ( garden view i.e back side) from hotel room is also good. Swimming pool and garden area is also well maintained. Not happy with the room allotment. Our room with balcony facilities was given to another resident who is traveling with 2 pets. truely unprofessional attitudes. Big thumbs up for food quality /quantity / atmosphere

from the morning of my checkin date , i received several calls from the hotel asking me to adjust in a lower standard room. they refused to provide me triple bed for 3 adults booking i made. they provided me only an extra matress to accomodate the third person, also that too provided at the night after asking for several times. i had 10% off on f&b in my booking slip but hotel management refused it. the experience isn't up to the mark.

The amenities were decent, service was excellent, food was very tasty except for chicken pakora which wasn't good. The breakfast buffet had a very good variety of food.
comfort and staff behaviour was welcoming.
